ABOUT
Office Party by Shady Lady is a dark-humored descent into the worst staff party imaginable. Set inside the crumbling headquarters of Baxter & Carlson Stationaries, this slot leans all the way into absurd workplace satire. The vibe is part HR nightmare, part 90s cartoon; with piñatas, pudding staplers, streakers, and employees swinging at their boss like he’s the end-of-level boss in a game.
There’s nothing polite or professional about this party. The soundtrack thumps with old-school basslines, and the art style is full of chaotic personality, think rage comics meet South Park on a bender. Yet underneath the madness is a sharply constructed slot with seriously high volatility and a 20,000x winning potential.
Betting Options and Bonus Features
Office Party spins on a 5x4 grid, dropping 20 symbols per spin with a ways-to-win system (up to 3,125 ways). The RTP holds at 96.28% under standard settings, but certain options (like Gimp Mode or Bonus Boosts) may shift it slightly.

Symbols range from Kick Me notes and mousse puddings to four ridiculous character symbols. Premiums pay up to 2x the bet for 5-of-a-kind, while Wilds sub in for all pay symbols and match the top premium’s payout.
Cascades & Wild Features
Winning symbols are removed via cascades, allowing new symbols to fall and fill gaps. Wild features can randomly trigger at any point during spins or cascades:
- Splashin' Wilds: Reels 2 to 4 can contain stacked wilds. If the lower part of the stack lands and contributes to a win, more wilds are expected.
- Smashin' Wilds: Up to 4 beer bottles are hurled onto the grid, covering their landing spots and all positions below them with wilds.
- Flashin' Wilds: Up to 4 streakers sprint across the screen, placing 1–4 wilds on random positions per streaker.
Only one wild feature can trigger per cascade.
Weapon Lockers & the Piñata
Weapon lockers may randomly drop during the base game. If they land, they deliver one hit to the piñata using a random office weapon. Multiple lockers can land per spin, but only one per cascade. Each hit increases the chance of knocking the head off, triggering the game’s main bonus.
Weapon lockers are consumed once used, and their appearance initiates a new cascade regardless of win outcome.
Severance Bonus
This four-level bonus kicks off when the piñata's head is knocked off. It plays out on the main grid with jars and weapon lockers dropping onto the reels.
- Weapons: Laptop, Trash Can, Office Chair, Printer, each with a multiplier.
- Jars: Carry a coin value (x0.5, x1, etc). If a weapon lands on a jar or stack, it crushes and collects them, multiplying the total by the weapon's current multiplier.
- Weapon Progression: Each locker reaching the bottom delivers a hit to the Manager and upgrades all higher-rank weapons by adding its multiplier. If the Manager is knocked down, the bonus advances to the next level.
With each level up, the weakest weapon is retired, and any collected coins collapse into a single jar at the base. The pace quickens, the stakes rise, and you’re left with only the strongest gear for the job.
The bonus continues until jars stop landing. Until then, it's a wild grind through office carnage, multiplier climbs, and escalating destruction.

Bonus Buy Options
For those who’d rather skip the office drama and jump straight into the action, Office Party offers multiple Bonus Buy options tailored to different playstyles and volatility levels.

Bonus | Bonus Boost | 1.5x bet | 96.4% |
Big Bonus Boost | 5x bet | 96.4% | |

If they wish to take the edge off before things get too chaotic, players can also activate Gimp Mode before spinning. The Gimp Mode:
- Halves the chance of the piñata's head getting knocked off.
- Ensures all weapons start with x2 multiplier.
- Comes with adjusted pricing.

Roshtein’s Take
There are weird slots, and then there’s Office Party. This one had me cracking up mid-stream. The art, the animations, the pure disrespect toward management, it’s all gold. But don’t let the humor fool you: this game can pop off hard.
The wild features are fun, but the real insanity begins when the Severance Bonus kicks in. I toggled Gimp Mode, got the bonus, and the weapon multipliers exploded. Loot Boxes are also a sick addition, you never know what’s coming, but it usually delivers.
Shady Lady nailed the chaotic corporate theme here. The game is total mayhem, but it’s backed by real win potential. I’ll definitely be back for more punishment.
